Your truck uses a lead accumulator and, in
case of some batterypowered truck, a lith
iumbattery.
Materials contained in batteries (include ac
cumulators) are hazardous to the environ
mentandhumans,sobatteriesshouldbere
turnedtothemanufacturersforrecycling.
Discardingthebattery
When the working life of the battery in the
truck is at an end (exchange to a new bat
tery) orif the entire truck isto be scrapped,
specialregardtoenvironmentalrisksshallbe
taken when disposing/ recycling batteries.
Consult the Toyota dealers about exchange
ordiscardingthebatteries.
