■ Automatic passengers’ door (if equipped)
Observe the following precautions when the automatic passengers’ door
operation is enabled.
Failure to do so may cause death or serious injury.
● On an incline, the automatic passengers’ door may close by itself after it
opens automatically. Make sure the passengers’ door is fully open and
secure.
● If the operating conditions of the automatic passengers’ door are no longer
met, a buzzer may sound and the passengers’ door may stop its current
operation. The passengers’ door must then be operated manually. Take
extra care when on an incline, as the passengers’ door may open or close
unexpectedly.
● In the following situations, the automatic passengers’ door may detect an
abnormality and automatic operation may be stopped. In this case, the
passengers’ door has to be operated manually. Take extra care when on
an incline, as the passengers’ door may open or close abruptly.
• When the passengers’ door contacts an obstacle.
• When the battery voltage suddenly drops, such as when the engine
switch is turned to the “ON” position or the engine is started during auto-
matic operation.
