Tracker Off Road keeps on file the current name and address of the

owner of this vehicle. This allows us to reach the current owner with

any important safety information which may be necessary to

protect customers from personal injury or property damage. Please

make sure a copy of this form is completed and returned to us if

you move or if the vehicle is sold to another party.

This form may also be used to transfer the unused portion of the

original warranty to a second party. In order to transfer warranty, fill

out this form completely; then return a copy of this form to us. We

will then process the application and issue warranty for the balance

of the time remaining of the original warranty. Warranty coverage is

only available in the country in which the original retail purchase

occurs to the original retail purchaser resident in that country or to

a transferee resident in that country of the balance of the remaining

warranty.
