Foam can appear due to residues from sunscreens, cosmetics, or soaps. It may also be caused by unbalanced water values or overly soft water. To address this, shower before entering the hot tub to remove residues. Also, refer to chapters 1 and 2, pages 84 and 88, for information on water balance.

Cloudy water can result from unbalanced water values, incorrect water treatment, excessively dirty filter cartridges, dirt brought in by users, or weather conditions if the unit is outdoors. To resolve this, refer to chapters 1, 2, and 3 on pages 84, 88, and 92 for guidance on water balance and treatment. Shower before entering the hot tub, and cover it when not in use.
