If
at any time it is found necessary
to
replenish the system with hydraulic
fl
uid during the life of one set of brake pads remember that when
eventually new pads are fitted the fluid level will rise appreciably
in
the
cylinder and may
spill onto the gas tank. Therefore the level will have
to
be corrected
to
that shown in Fig. 4. (Hydraulic fluid instantaneously
corrodes cellulose paintwork and great care should
be exercised when
handling this fluid).
