All front wheels are balanced complete with tire and tube before leaving
the factory and if the tire is removed it
should be replaced in the same
pos
ition with the balancing
spotleve!

If
a new tire
is
fitted
the
weights
should
be removed and the wheel re-balanced, adding
weights
as
necessary
until it will remain at rest
in
any
position. Make sure
that
the
brake is not binding while the balancing operation is being carried
out.
