FOLDING THE STEM
On some Trivel models, it is possible to
fold the stem. Once folded, it is much
more compact for storage and easier to
put in a car booth for transportation.
In order to fold the stem, refer to
the specific instructions provided
separately and make sure to respect the
corresponding safety warnings.
1. Undo the quick release attachment lever
(Push the safety button device priorly if
required).
2. Fold down the stem and handlebar
assembly (Caution not to let it drop heavily
as it could dent the frame’s paint finish).
Optional:
3. Undo the quick release lever of the upper
part of the stem.
4. Push the sliding part further inside the
stem to make it more compact.
