TROUBLE SHOOTING
ERROR CODE POSSIBLE CAUSES CORRECTION
E01 The cable is not connected well or
damaged.
Connect the cable again or replace the cable.
E02 Defect on motor. Replace motor.
E03 Defect on speed sensor. 1. Check the cable connection.
2. Replace the speed sensor.
E05 1. Overloaded.
2. One of the parts of the treadmill is
stuck.
3. Lack of lubrication oil.
4. Motor is damaged.
1. Choose a high-powered treadmill.
2. Check if the treadmill is stuck.
3. Add lubrication oil to belt and deck.
4. Replace the motor.
E06 Error on self-calibration. Replace the controller.
E07 Safety key is not attached. Attach the safety key correctly.
E08 EEPROM damaged. Replace the controller.
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSES CORRECTION
Console display not
working
1. Console is not plugged in.
2. Defect on the whole set cable or
Console is not plugged in correctly.
3. Overload protection activated.
4. Transformer is burnt out.
1. Connect the Console.
2. Plug every connector correctly.
3. Reset the overload protector.
4. Replace the transformer.
Treadmill belt is
slipping
1. Running belt is too loose.
2. Motor belt is too loose.
1. Tighten the running belt.
2. Tighten the motor belt.
Running belt is not
smooth
1. Lack of lubrication oil.
2. Motor belt is too tight.
1. Add lubrication oil to the belt and deck.
2. Loosen the running belt.
Motor is not
functioning
1. Safety key not attached correctly.
2. Power cord of motor is not
connected correctly.
3. Whole set cable is not connected
correctly.
4. Controller is damaged.
5. Motor is damaged.
1. Insert the Safety key correctly.
2. Connect the power cord of the motor
again.
3. Connect the whole set cable again.
4. Replace the controller.
5. Replace the motor.
Treadmill powers
off automatically
after high-speed
running for a period
of time
1. Lack of lubrication oil.
2. Protector is damaged.
1. Add lubrication oil to the belt and deck.
2. Replace the protector.
