CABLE PROTECTION
1. Before attaching the cables under the
cab, cover them with the plastic loom
included in the CM installation kit (from
one end to the other). This will help
protect them from road debris and allow
them to maintain their integrity much
longer.
2. Every 12, attach the battery cables
together using the included plastic ties
(from one end to the other). This will help
to protect them.
DC cables can produce magnetic fields strong enough to interfere with radio
communication devices. Tying them together will fuse the positive and negative fields
and eliminate most negative effects.
