REGULAR MAINTENANCE
A well‑designed maintenance program will add
years of service to the blower.
Check a newly installed blower frequently during
the rst month of operation, especially lubrication.
Check the oil level and add oil as needed.
Complete oil changes are recommended annually,
or more frequently depending on the operating
conditions. The following is recommended as a
minimum maintenance program. An oil analysis
program is recommended.
DAILY WEEKLY MONTHLY SEMIANNUALLY AS NEEDED
1. Check and
maintain oil
level, and
add oil as
necessary.
2. Check air lter
restriction
indicator.
1. Clean the air
lter. A clogged
air lter can
seriously affect
the efciency
of the blower
and cause
overheating and
oil usage.
2. Check the
relief valve to
make sure it
is operating
properly.
1. Inspect the
entire system
for leaks.
2. Inspect the
condition of the
oil and change
if necessary.
1. Inspect the
drive line
bearings.
1. Change oil
as needed.
Approximately
every 1,000
hours.*
*T855RS has an
oil change interval
of up to 4,000
hours depending
on operating
conditions.

recommends that only factory trained technicians
perform major overhauls on its transport blowers.
