Differential Oil Replacement
- Park the vehicle on level ground
- Place a pan under the drain plug and remove the oil
drain plug with plain washer. Drain the oil completely.
- Refit drain plug along with plain washer and tighten it.
- Tighten filler bolt. Check oil level
- Replace differential oil at every 5000 km
- Run the Engine for a few minutes to warm up the oil
- Loosen and take out the filler bolt and fill correct
quantity of recommended oil
- Allow some time for the oil to settle down.
CAUTION
- Always use recommended transmission and differential oil.
- Two different grade and brand of oil should not be mixed.
Low Engine Oil Pressure Indicator
- It is located on cluster assembly tell tale lamp as shown
in the figure.
- This indicator must glow in Ignition switch ON and
before starting the engine.
