- Remove lens. Push the bulb in and twist in anti clockwise
direction to remove bulb.
Front turn signal bulb replacement
- Loosen and remove screws ( 1 nos. ) ( A ) holding the lens.
- Replace bulb and assemble back in reverse order of
removal.
Battery fuse replacement
The fuse case fitted on the cover TCI unit contains a 15 A fuse.
If the fuse is blown off, turn the ignition switch to OFF position.
Open the fuse case, take out the fuse from copper fuse holder
and replace it with spare fuse provided. Show fig.
NOTE
Battery provided with your vehicle is a maintenance - free
battery. Do not top up with distilled water.
Throttle cable adjustment
To adjust the throttle cable free play
- Adjust the cable slack by turning the adjuster 2 in or out to
obtain the recommended free play.
- Loosen the lock nut 1 holding adjuster
Throttle cable free play can be measured by holding the
adjuster and pulling the cable gently out. The gap between
the adjuster and cable outer is the free play.
