Clutch cable adjustment
Throttle cable free play : 1 - 2 mm
Clutch cable adjustment
Clutch free play is measured at the clutch lever end.
- Loosen lock nut ( A ).
- Adjust the play adjuster nut ( B ) in or out to get the
specified play at the lever end.
- After adjusting the free play, holding the adjuster, tighten
the lock nut.
Double end spanner 10 mm (2)nos.

- After adjusting the play holding the adjuster nut lock the
lock nut.
Clutch play should be adjusted only when the engine is
cold.
Clutch free play: 10 - 20 mm
Double end spanner 10 mm, 12mm
CAUTION
Too much or too less clutch free play will damage the
clutch plates affecting the performance of the vehicle.
