• Check the counting environment. Customer traffic way can be changed.
Recheck counting wires and mask.
5. After a while connection to the device is lost and the device does not send any data to
the server.
• Control web interface connection and system logs. If the device cannot be
pinged continue with the corresponding FAQ step.
• Use Cat 5/6 cable according to the cable standard length. Do not extend the
cable longer than the cable provider standard.
