1.3.12 Product fault as a result of incorrect
system pressure
To avoid operating the system with too little
water and thus prevent resulting damage,
note the following:
▶ Check the system pressure of the heating
installation at regular intervals.
▶ The system pressure instructions must be
observed.
1.3.13 Structural damage due to escaping
water
Escaping water can cause damage to the
building.
▶ Switch off the product.
▶ Close the service valves on the cylinder
primary pipework and the cylinder return.
▶ Fix the leaks in the heating installation.
▶ Fill the heating installation with suitable
heating water.
▶ Purge the cylinder charging circuit.
▶ Switch on the product.
1.3.14 Damage to building as a result of
leaking solar fluid
Leaking solar fluid may cause damage to the
building structure.
▶ Disconnect the solar charger from the
power mains.
▶ Fix the leaks in the solar system.
▶ Fill the solar system with solar fluid.
▶ Switch on the power supply to the solar
charger.
1.4 Requirements for lines
▶ Use standard commercial lines for the wir-
ing.
Minimum cross-section
Supply line 230 V
≥ 1.5 mm²
Sensor line (extra-
low voltage)
≥ 0.75 mm²
Bus line (extra-low
voltage)
≥ 0.75 mm²
Maximum line length
Sensor lines
≤ 50 m
Bus lines
≤ 300 m
Sensor and bus lines must not run parallel to
230 V lines over a length of more than 10 m.
▶ The supply lines must be laid separately.
▶ Secure all supply lines in the casing using
the enclosed cable brackets.
▶ Do not use the free terminals of the
products as supports for other wiring.
▶ Install the system components in dry
rooms.
1.5 Regulations (directives, laws,
standards)
▶ Observe the national regulations, stand-
ards, guidelines and laws.
