7.2.1 Removing the plate and plate seal replacement
7.2.1.1 Required tools
• Allen wrench 5 mm
• O-ring removal tool
• CPA 4.0 (in EC2 integrated)
• Cleanroom wiper
• Isopropyl alcohol
• Clean room gloves
Electrical power is required.
Description Required tool
Use the CPA 4.0 which is
integrated in the IC2 controller.
1. Go to [LOCAL] mode.

2. Select position [20] = 20 % open. CPA
If PFO available on IC2
controller, proceed with step 3,
if not go to step 4.
3. Disable the PFO in menu: Valve >
Parameters > Power Fail Option >
Enable = [False], press save button
or [Enter] on keyboard.
