Disregard this section in case the PC system is supplied with
the equipment. (The software has already been installed.)
▪ Ensure that the Emergency Stop Switch is in the OFF
position before starting with the InstallShield
installation.
▪ Do not install the programs irrelevant to image
acquisition and view on the same PC. There may be
subtle conflicts between them, leading to the
malfunction.
▪ The image viewer program such as EzDent-i or the one
from the 3rd party should be installed in advance before
the InstallShield installation. For the information on their
installation procedures, refer to the corresponding
manuals.
▪ Before InstallShield installation, ensure that the video
card driver installed on the PC is the most up-to-date
version. To check this, go to the Website: www.
nvidia.com.
▪ Perform a virus scan for the PC and InstallShield
program with the anti-virus program before proceeding
with its installation.
