Getting support
The Support module will help you in service support situations.
Accordingly choose [Support]
• if you have to collect all the service-relevant files in a ZIP file in the support folder.
• if you want to start a Netviewer session with your service partner.
• if you want to update the software to the latest version.
• if you want to carry out signature checking for all the files stored on the DLKPro.
• if you want to install the Autostarter.
