Load Cells
Stainless steel cantilever beam load cells are provided in all 2158, 2160,
and 2162 Vertex floor scales with integral 4-conductor, shielded, color
coded cable (See note). All load cells 2,500 lb and less have a built-in
overload stop to prevent damage due to accidental overloads. The load
cell suspension utilizes a rocker pin inserted between the cell and a fixed
receiver in the frame (see Figure 1-c). Individual load cell capacities
used in the Models 2158, 2160, and 2162 include:
