 Close the front guard.
 Fit the linchpin.

An internal check of the cones is carried out in the following way:
 Remove the linchpins shown here.
 Open the first guard.
 Suspend the guard in the chain as shown.
 Activate the tractor hydraulics and raise the machine's cutterbar
fully.
