Activate the tractor hydraulics and raise the machine's cutterbar
fully.
Close the mechanical safety valve.
Turn the cutting discs by hand until the damaged knife is in the
position shown.
Use a suitable tool to remove the oilplug.
The minimum diameter of the bolt must not be less than 16 mm (

Replace the knife and fit the bolt.
Tighten up the bolt with a torque wrench to the torque shown.
