2. Move the film deflector:
a. Pull the film deflector forward and hold it…

b. while you slide the two retainers (one on each side) to hold the film deflector in
place.

When the film deflector is in this position, long films can be directed (with your help)
out toward the front of the digitizer.
3. Position the digitizer with its front near the edge of the table if you want films to exit
off the edge of the counter. Otherwise, position the digitizer so films will exit onto the
table.
