Checking the plate heat exchanger

1. Drain the boiler:

On the heating water side, see page 97
■
On the DHW side, see page 50
2. Move the programming unit to the maintenance
position (see page 30).
3. Undo the fixing screws.
4. Detach the plate heat exchanger and remove
towards the front.
5. Check the connections on the heating water and
DHW sides for contamination and scaling; replace
the plate heat exchanger if necessary.
6. Install in reverse order using new gaskets.
Torque for fixing screws 3.2 Nm
