13 Warranty
Excerpt from our warranty terms
The warranty period is 5 years. The warranty claim
startsonthedayofthedelivery,whichistoveried
by delivery note or invoice. Malfunctions that can be
attributed to poor workmanship or material defects, will
berectiedfreeofchargewithinthewarrantyperiod.
Further claims, in particular for consequential dam-
ages, are excluded.
We shall assume no warranty for damages resulting
from improper or inappropriate use, faulty installation
or commissioning by the purchaser or third party, natu-
ral wear and tear, faulty or negligent handling, chemi-
cal or electrochemical and electrical impacts, provided
that they cannot be attributed to our fault, failure to
observe the installation, operating, and maintenance
instructions,impropermodicationsorrepairworkby
the purchaser or third party, and effects of parts of
external origin.
