If your vividtouch Monitor display does not turn on, here are several things to check: * Ensure the display is plugged into an active AC outlet. * Verify the main power switch is in the 'on' position. * Replace the remote control batteries. * Select the correct source. * Turn on the source component. * Check source component connections to the display. * Unlock the buttons by pressing ENTER, ENTER, EXIT, EXIT, ENTER and EXIT, in sequence. * Verify the IR extender cable is correctly connected. * Select a different aspect ratio. * Ensure the source is properly connected and of adequate quality for detection. * Correct the horizontal or vertical scan frequency at the source if it's out of range. * Decrease the contrast setting.

If computer images are not displaying correctly on your vividtouch Monitor, it might be due to the resolution and frequency of the video card in the computer being incompatible with the display.
