  If images from an HDMI source are not displaying on your vividtouch Monitor, the HDMI cable connecting the source to the display might be defective or too long. Try using a known-good and/or shorter HDMI cable to resolve the issue.

How to fix vividtouch Monitor when the display does not turn on?

  If your vividtouch Monitor display does not turn on, here are several things to check: * Ensure the display is plugged into an active AC outlet. * Verify the main power switch is in the 'on' position. * Replace the remote control batteries. * Select the correct source. * Turn on the source component. * Check source component connections to the display. * Unlock the buttons by pressing ENTER, ENTER, EXIT, EXIT, ENTER and EXIT, in sequence. * Verify the IR extender cable is correctly connected. * Select a different aspect ratio. * Ensure the source is properly connected and of adequate quality for detection. * Correct the horizontal or vertical scan frequency at the source if it's out of range. * Decrease the contrast setting.

  If computer images are not displaying correctly on your vividtouch Monitor, it might be due to the resolution and frequency of the video card in the computer being incompatible with the display. To resolve this, select a compatible resolution and vertical frequency, referring to the Supported Timings on page 61.

How to fix vividtouch VTE-3200 image if it appears washed out?

  If the image on your vividtouch Monitor appears 'washed out' or dark areas appear too bright, try the following: * Decrease the brightness setting. * Increase the brightness and/or backlight settings. * Select a compatible resolution and vertical frequency (refer to Supported Timings on page 61) if the resolution and frequency of the video card in the computer are not compatible with the display. * Try a known-good and / or shorter HDMI cable, if you are using HDMI cable from source to display. * Adjust Clock and Phase settings (refer to Phase - VGA sources on page 45 and Clock - VGA sources on page 45). * See Figure 3-7 if the multi-touch controller host computer is not connected correctly. * Refer to Enabling the Touch Screen on page 31 for host computer hardware or OS inc...
