The following guidelines can be effective to minimise risks of back
pains:
– Adjust the seat and controls to achieve good posture.
– Adjust the mirrors to minimise twisted posture.
– Provide breaks to reduce long periods of sitting.
– Avoid jumping down from the machine.
– Maintain reasonable weight and physical condition.
