REMOTE ACCESS
A two-digit security code is required to access the
answering system remotely from any touch-tone
telephone. The default code is 00.
• Remote access can only be used if this function is activated.
1. Dial your telephone number from any
touch-tone telephone.
2. When the answering system answers, press * and then
enter the two-digit remote access code.
3. Then you can enter one of the following remote
commands.
Command Description
1 Play all messages.
2 Play new messages.
3 Delete the message currently being played.
33 Delete all messages
4 Repeat the current message or press
twice for the previous message.
5 Stop playing message.
6 Skip to the next message.
* Record announcement.
NOTE
• After 5 seconds of key inactivity, the answering machine
automatically cuts off communication.
• When the answering machine is turned off, the telephone
answers after 14 rings, and plays the recording
corresponding to the answering machine only mode.
