5 STARTING UP AND OPERATING
5.1 INSTALLATION AND CONNECTION
5.1.1 INSTALLATION OF PRESSURE
REGULATOR
Warning
WAGNER Colora Srl pressure regulators shall
be installed and maintained in compliance
with the maintenance regulations provided
for environments classi ed against explosion
risk for the presence of Gas EN 60079-14, EN
60079-17.
1. If necessary, apply some thread braking to
the connections.
2. Make sure the  uid direction is in
compliance with the indications speci ed
on the regulator body.
3. Install pressure regulator upstream the
equipment. Connect the equipment  uid
line to the pressure regulator outlet.
4. Test the whole system to detect any air or
 uid leakage.
