5.2 START UP
5.2.1 SAFETY REGULATIONS
Every time before starting up the following points should be observed as laid down in the
operating instructions:
- That it is possible to observe the safety regulations in Chap. 2.
- The starting up procedure, has been carried out properly.
- Before carrying out any maintenance or cleaning operation, close the piloting
compressed air feeling and discharge the pressure of the regulator and connected pipes,
both upstream and downstream.

In case of doubt, please refer to the details given on the equipment body. When replacing
any of the components, make sure the new ones can operate at the equipment maximum
working pressure.
The max. pressure in the equipment is equal to the highest value between inlet liquid
pressure and piloting air.
Never exceed the max. working pressure value allowed by this equipment and connected
components.
