2. FAULT CODE: Green Light Flashing and Beeping - Indicates the Firewall™ UV
system is not detecting adequate dose of UV to ensure safe water.
*The Cold Solenoid will shut down and no cold water will dispense. Hot water will
still dispense.
Firewall™ UV System does not
have adequate dose of UV.
Check UV System
1. If Ballast Indication Light is Green – the system should
be operational. Ensure UV lamp is on. Replace Lamp.
If lamp is replaced and problem persists, replace UV
Sensor.
2. If Ballast Indication Light is Red, change UV Lamp.
3. If Ballast Indication Light is not lit – check power to
Ballast. If power is going to Ballast – replace Ballast.
Remove Cover to locate Ballast
N = Black Wire
L = White Wire (Live)
1 = White Wire
2 = White Wire
3 = Yellow Wire
4 = Yellow Wire
