APGC components 1-9
The heated transfer line positions the capillary column tip in the correct
location relative to the APGC ion chamber within the mass spectrometer’s
source enclosure.
Turning the locking ring through 180° locks the transfer line to the APGC
source housing.
APGC source enclosure
You can easily remove the APGC source enclosure and ion chamber from the
mass spectrometer, so that you can install a standard source enclosure, when
required.
