Pumphead guard refitting
Note: Only the METAL pumphead guard is available as a replacement part. This will fit to any 620
pumphead, even if you previously had a plastic pumphead guard fitted.
l Ensure the plastic bushes are fitted
l Fit the two hinge pins and secure with the circlips
l Ensure the bonding strap isconnected to the pumphead guard
l Test the electrical resistance between the latch and drive chassis. The resistance mustbe <1MΩ

It is possible to check the effectiveness of any earth connection by
measuring its electrical resistance. To ensure reliable dissipation of
static the maximum resistance to earth from any point on the
pumphead guard should not exceed 1 MΩ.
Track removal
Note: Follow the instructionsabove to remove the rotor and pumphead guard
l Remove the four securing screws
l ENSURE the earth connection isconnected to the metalwork of the motor
