General
l Unlock the guard and disengage the rollers within the tube zone.
l Close the guard and squeeze against the track untilthe latch clicks.
l Observe a 1m safety area.
CIP
l LoadSure tube elements and continuous tubing can be cleaned using CIP processes.
l Ensure that the tubing material is chemically compatible with the cleaning agent that is to be used.
l If cleaning agents are spilled over the pumphead, wash down immediately.
l Ensure that controlled waste pipework is fitted to allow a safe release of cleaning agent in the event of
a tube failure.
