• Avg. type: Three types of average are available: arithmetic, sliding and IS. See sections
5.6.2 and 5.6.3 below for more information on this function.
• Avg. interval: Used to select the time interval for calculation of the average (see section
5.6.2). The available intervals are 10s, 30s, 1min, 2min, 5min, 6min, 10min, 15min
and 30min:
• Log interval: Used to select the time interval for storage of data in memory (see section
5.6.1). A datum will be stored every ‘Log interval’ seconds (or minutes). The available
intervals are 1s, 5s, 10s, 30s, 1min and 5min.
• Limit: Only available for shaped probes (like WP50). Used to select the field exposure
limit from which the percent is calculated. Two exposure limits are available:
occupational (ICNIRP occupational) and general (ICNIRP general public). None
means that no limits will be used and units will not be in %.
• Erase memory: Used to erase all the registers of memory. This will eliminate all the
data held in memory and so this option must be used with care. As a safety measure
to prevent accidental loss of data, you will need to press 2 keys to validate erasure. The
procedure is as follows:
o After Enter is pressed, the cursor moves to the vertical arrow symbol

o By pressing the key you gain access to the validation option and the text
Sure? appears.
o To validate the erasure, press Enter.
o To exit the option without erasing, press Back.
• Reset reg. ID: Used to reset to 0 the unique identifier for each register.
• Language: Used to change the language for the system.
• GPS: This enables or disables the GPS receiver. To do so, select the Enabled or
Disabled option, then validate with Enter. For further details see section 5.6.6.
• Date setup: This is used to change the date used by the device. The date has the format
dd/mm/aa. Use the keys to select the value (day, month or year) to be changed, and
then use the keys to change the value. Press Enter to save the new date.
• Time setup: This is used to change the time used by the device, with the format
hh:mm:ss. Use the keys to select the value (hours, minutes, or seconds) to be
changed, then use the keys to change the value. Press Enter to save the new time.
• Backlight level: Value from 0 to 4 to increase or decrease the screen backlight. SMP
autonomy will depend highly on this setting. Press left or right button to change from
Auto to Fixed mode.
o Auto after 10 minutes without activity backlight will drop to level 0, pressing
any key will restore normal value.
o Fixed : no backlight saving will be applied
To exit this screen, press Back while the cursor is on the list of parameters (left-hand side).
