A.1 Zusatzinformationen
Ringrundschalttische TR und NR
Ebenheit der Auflagefläche
Die Ebenheit des Maschinengestells hat
direkte Auswirkungen auf die Rund- und Plan-
lauftoleranzen des Ringrundschalttisches.
Transport
WARNUNG
Transportieren Sie den Ringrundschalttisch
nur mit einem Hebezeug, welches für das
entsprechende Gewicht ausgelegt ist (siehe
nachfolgende Gewichtstabelle).
Verwenden Sie für das Befestigen des Ring-
rundschalttisches am Hebezeug Ring-
schrauben, die der Belastung gemäss
nachstehender Gewichtstabelle sicher
standhalten.
Verwenden Sie bitte die 3 mitgelieferten
Ringschrauben. Entfernen Sie die Verschluss-
stopfen und befestigen Sie die Ringschrauben
in den Gewinden des Aluminiumtellers.
Gewichte der Ringrundschalttische:
Einbaulage
Die Ringrundschalttische TR und NR können
ausschließlich in der Einbaulage NORMAL
(siehe Kapitel 2.3) eingesetzt werden, d.h.
waagerecht!

A.1 Additional information
Indexing Rings TR and NR
Flatness of the bearing area
The flatness of the base mounting plate has a
direct effect on the tolerances of run-out and
plane-parallelism of the indexing ring.
Transportation
WARNING
For transportation use only hoists which
have the capacity to lift the weight of the
indexing ring. (See the following weight
table).
Use eyebolts, which are strong enough in
accordance with this weight table.
Use 3 eyebolts for the indexing ring (included
in delivery). Remove the plugs and assemble
eyebolts into threads on the aluminium ring.

Mounting Position
The Indexing Rings TR and NR only can be
mounted in the NORMAL horizontal position
(refer to chapter 2.3)!
