Check installation and surroundings as
per installation instructions
Check cook baskets for damage and
replace if required.
If damaged replace cook plate and studs
Check air filter and clean
Oven can be damaged if missing
Inspect impinger plate, replace as
required
Replace every 24 Months or when damaged
Visually check oven for damage
Check condition of mains lead and plug
Replace mains lead if damaged.
Check oven model for service part number.
Clean oven as per user instructions
Check and clean steam vent pipe
Check door seal condition and replace
as required
Replace every 24 Months or when damaged
Check on/off switch operation
Check oven serial number & firmware
revisions
Update firmware is older version(s) displayed
Check touch screen condition and
operation
Check touch screen overlay and replace
as required
Replace every 24 Months or when damaged
Check and record oven counter screen
Check & record amp draw, heating
element and magnetron(s)
Check operation oven components
Check stirrer motor(s) is rotating
Listen with all other components switched off
Check oven temperature calibration
Check cavity temperature is in range
Unplug and isolate (LOTO)
Remove all panels and discharge the
HV Capacitor(s)
Check all internal electrical connections
for tightness and condition
Check magnetron(s) and cooling duct
Replace magnetron(s) every 48 months or
every 1500 Mag Hours
Check door switch condition and
adjustment
Replace 24 Months or when damaged
Refit all panels and plug the unit in to
the electrical supply. Switch the oven
on
Check & download error log file
Check for microwave leakage
Complete recommission test and
service report
Pre-heat the oven and cook one item of
food from the operators’ menu.
