11 Maintenance and servicing
11.1 General
All maintenance, repair and conversion work on the
WKB 330 must only be carried out when the machine is
at a standstill and the power supply is disconnected
or the motor is switched off. The procedure for
shutting down the machine described in the enclosed
motor operating instructions must be followed without
fail.
The WKB 330 must be checked to ensure that it is
stable, and secure it against rolling away.
The safety regulations from chapter 4.
Conversion or modication of the machine
is only only after consultation with the manufacturer.
Original spare parts and accessories authorised by
the manufacturer safety. The use of other parts
cancels the liability for the resulting consequences.
Observe before starting work:
PP Check for externally visible damage and defects. Immediately report
any changes (including changes in operating behaviour) to the
responsible service personnel immediately.
PP Check the completeness and functionality of all accessories. Worn
parts or parts whose function is restricted must be replaced.
Replacement parts must be ordered from the manufacturer.
PP Monitor the completeness and legibility of all type and information
plates as well as the operating instructions. Replace missing or
illegible plates and documents.
