11.4.1 Removal and attachment of wire brush braids
Empty the fuel tank of the WKB 330 Honda to be able to tilt the power
sweeper. Now tilt the power sweeper backwards to enable access (lay
handlesontheoortostabilisethemachineandensuresafeaccess).
Risk of crushing due to falling weed brush.
The weed brush can uncontrollably be tilted by external
  inuences,thuscausingdangers.
Therefore:
ee Tilt the weed brush by carefully following the
steps.
  e  e If necessary, secure the weed brush in its position
by placing additional weight on the handle.
The wire brush braids are located in the mounting console.
Each mounting console has four mounting points for the separate wire brush
braids. The braided wire can easily be pulled out from below by loosening
the screws. If the other braided wires show similar signs of wear, this step
must be repeated.
Reassemble by following the disassembly steps in
reverse order. The screws M10x1x30 are tightened, so that
the brush is clamped in the recess on the aluminium
sleeve, until it is well seated and can’t move. Then the
screw is locked with the hex nut. No locking torque is
necessary, as it would damage the aluminium sleeve
and make a later replacement of the brushes more
difcult.
