11 Maintenance and servicing
Observe during regular maintenance work:
PP If applicable, electronically stored instructions for maintenance
must be available in paper form during maintenance.
PP For maintenance work on components from other manufacturers,
consult them directly. If necessary, consult the documentation of the third-
party manufacturer.
PP Have maintenance work that requires specialist knowledge carried
out by trained service personnel.
PP Asaminimum,observetheintervalsspeciedinthemaintenance
plan.
However,dependingontheoperator’sspecicationsandambient
conditions, the service intervals may also be shorter.
PP Immediately rectify safety-relevant defects.
PP Only use original spare parts, accessories and tools approved by
the manufacturer.
PP Only use components that have the required specification.
11.2 Engine WKB 330
For maintenance and care of the engine, please
refer to the enclosed operating instructions. It
includes all inspection intervals concerning the engine.
11.3 Lubrication
Regularly check the wheel and brush bearings for leaks. Damaged bearing
units must be replaced.
11.4 Replacing the brush element
If the wire braids are worn or defective, you are able to replace each
wire braid individually with a new one. Please follow the steps below on
page 30.
