12 Residual dangers
Improper operation
Danger of injury due to improper operation.
Improper operation may lead to personal injury or
damage to property.
Therefore:
P P The machine may only be operated by trained
personnel.
PP Perform all operating steps according to the
information in these operating instructions.
PP Before commencing work, ensure that all fastenings
are properly installed and undamaged.
PP Observe order and cleanliness. Loose objects such
as tools, cables and components that are lying
around or piled up are sources of accidents.
Movements during operation
Danger of injury due to moving components.
During operation, individual components or parts of
the machine may move and lead to dangerous
situations.
Therefore:
P P Always observe the danger area during operation
and ensure that no unauthorised persons are present
therein.
PP Use the main switch to switch off the equipment and
secure it against reactivation before performing any
work on the machine.
PP Perform all operating steps according to the
information in the operating instructions.
PP Do not operate the machine without the safety
