6. Check the Refrigerator secon evaporator thermistor for
proper contact with the tubing.
• Refrigerator secon evaporator thermistor was posioned
in the improper locaon.
• Correct locaon is on the straight secon of sucon line,
just above the connecon with evaporator.
• Check the thermistor is in proper shape.
• Inspect the Thermistor for proper resistance and for
damage. Thermistor in gure T is split and needs to be
replaced.
7. Check the ice maker label on the ice maker for the date code
and the “P1SM” tag.
• If the date code on the ice maker is prior to 06/22/2017 or the
“P1SM” (tag is missing then the ice maker needs to replaced
with the part numbers listed below in the table.
• When using the new ice maker ensure that the date code is
aer 06/22/2017 and “P1SM” tag is present as shown in.
• If the Ice Maker Part# is correct, then perform Service
Step#120 to ensure the ice maker is working correctly. There
should be at least 1 minute gap between two consecuve
checks using service step#120 otherwise you may get an error
code.
• If any error code is observed and you did perform two
consecuve service step#120 less than one minute apart.
Then IM is faulty and you should replace ice maker as per the
parts provided below in the table:
