SECTION 6 -
ELECTRICAL
6-2
Connecting the Power Cord
To connect to an external power source,
remove the power cord from the utility
compartment and plug it into a suitable power
receptacle.
A rotating hatch in the compartment floor lets
you route the shoreline cord through a passage in
the bottom of the compartment so you can shut
the compartment door while the shoreline is
connected.
7. Flip the retainer in the center of the cover
straight up.
8. Rotate the cover to the largest hole to pass the
cord end through.
9. Then rotate to the smaller opening to enclose
the cord.
NOTE: Always keep service access passage
closed while utility connection is not in
use.
Park Fuses or Breakers
Most campgrounds are equipped with a fuse
or circuit breaker at the receptacle. This protects
the park’s wiring, as well as the power cord on
your vehicle, from electrical damage. If electrical
power fails, contact the park attendants and have
them check the fuse or breaker for your supply
receptacle.
After disconnecting the power cord, neatly
replace it in the utility compartment.
POWER CENTER
Converter
The power converter is generally located in a
lower cabinet face in the galley or living area
depending on the floorplan of your model.
WARNING
Do not plug the power cord into an outlet
which is not grounded, or adapt the plug
to connect to a receptacle for which it is
not designed.
Be sure that all three prongs of the supply
cord are properly plugged into the
receptacle.
Do not connect the power cord to an
extension cord.
