8.5 Changing the chemicals
Crystallisation can occur as a result of mixing different chemical products, which can damage the dosing device.
The dosing device and the dosing hoses must therefore be flushed with water before a new chemical product is used.
If this is not done, the Winterhalter Gastronom GmbH warranty and product liability will be void.
Ø Remove the suction tube from the canister and place it in a water-filled container.
Ø Rinse the dosing device with water via the “Priming” menu.

Ø Press button 1, 2 or 3.
ð The button turns white and the dosing device is activated.
ð The dosing hoses and the dosing device are rinsed out with water.
Ø As soon as the button goes off, insert the suction tube into the new canister.
Ø Press button 1, 2 or 3 again.
ð The button turns white and the dosing device is activated.
ð The water in the dosing hoses and dosing device is replaced by the new chemical product.
The dosing must also be reset.
Ø Use an authorised service technician to continue to attain good wash results.
8.6 Monthly cleaning tasks

Cleaning the exhaust air system
Ø Remove the grease filter (1) from the inlet zone.
Ø Clean the exhaust air pipes (2) using a water hose and
warm water (50 - 60°C) at low pressure.
ð Water flows into the tank in the last zone.
Ø If necessary, clean using a degreasing cleaning agent
and a long brush.
Ø Drain the tank water.
