Configuring and selecting alternative rinse aids
If using Winterhalter dosing devices, two rinse aids can be configured and used (e.g. one for dishes and one for canteen
trays).
Note:You can only configure two rinse aids if both rinse aids are configured via the selection “Device”. If a de-
foamer is configured, you cannot configure a 2nd rinse aid.
Different rinse aids can be set for different transport speeds.
4.2.4 Timer
The timer can be used to programme the warewasher to switch on or off automatically using a time-controlled schedule.
The following requirements must be met to enable the warewasher to switch on automatically as set in the time-controlled
schedule:
– The door is closed.
– The local mains disconnector is switched on.
– The local water supply is open.
