5.3 Establishing the electrical connection of the dosing devices
DANGER
Electric shock from live components
A fatal electric shock can occur during installation and maintenance work and when carrying out repairs.
Ø Isolate and lockout the mains supply to the warewasher.
Ø Check that there is no voltage present.
Note:Maximum current drain at the transfer strip:
0.5A. Only connect external dosing devices with their
own fuse protection. Include the external dosing devices
in the protective circuit (PE) of the warewasher.
Ø Disconnect the warewasher from the electrical mains
supply and secure against unintended activation.
Ø Connect the dosing devices to the transfer strip.
Ø Configure dosing devices or control signals in the dis-
play (} page 20).
Item Terminal Note
1 O5 Detergent 1 / DETERGENT signal
2 O3 Detergent 2 / WASH signal
3 O4 Rinse aid 1 / RINSE signal
4 N Neutral / phase 2
5 L Continuous voltage / phase 1
6 O7 Rinse aid 2 / defoamer
Note:Dosing devices that are not made by Winterhalter can only be connected to terminal O5 or O3 (detergent)
and terminal O4 (rinse aid).
Voltage is applied to the RINSE (O4) and DETERGENT (O5) terminals depending on the settings made in the Dosing
menu.
