8.5 How is the machine electronics unlocked?
After refilling the regeneration agent, the machine electronics must be unlocked. The electronic chip for
unlocking is located in the cap of the regeneration agent bottle. The chip is invalidated by this and cannot be
used again. The reader for the chip is located behind the Winterhalter logo.
Hold the cap of the regeneration
agent bottle against the LED
underneath the Winterhalter logo.
The chip must face towards the
LED.
As soon as the chip has been
validated the LED will light. A
short beep sounds as
confirmation.
The pictogram
disappears
from the screen. The continuous
tone can no longer be heard.
Start a wash cycle, so that any
remaining regeneration agent
residue is rinsed off.
The pictogram
disappears
after filling up the regeneration
agent reservoir after a maximum
of 10 minutes.
