11. 5 Warranty claims

• We do not accept any warranty for damage
resulting from failure to observe this
requirement.
> Observe the conditions for usage and
installation.
During the warranty period of 12months from
transfer of risk, the purchaser has statutory warranty
entitlements.
The vendor should always be afforded the opportunity
to rectify errors within an appropriate period.
Claims above and beyond the above, in particular
damage claims as aresult of consequential damage,
are excluded, to the extent that this is legally
permissible.
Material defects shall be reported to the vendor
immediately and in writing.
