• Load envelopes with the print-side up, flaps closed and down, and flaps going into the printer.
• For C5 envelopes, perform one of the following steps. If the envelopes wrinkle, try the other option.
• Load envelopes with the print-side up, flaps open and down, and the bottom of the envelope going into
the printer.
• Load envelopes with the print-side up, flaps closed and down, and short edge going into the printer.
5. Adjust the width guides until they touch the edges of the envelopes.
6. The printer prompts you to verify the paper type, size, and color.
a. If the paper type, size, and color are correct, touch OOKK.
