Communication
Fault
User Interface cannot
communicate with the Main
PWB.
Power off and power on
the machine.
If the error persists install
a new Main Board:
• Phaser 3330 (PL 1.0.7,
Parts List 1.0 Phaser
3330 Main)
• WorkCentre 3335 and
3345 (PL 6.1.7, Parts
List 6.1 WorkCentre
3335/3345 Main).
If problem persists install
a new User Interface:
• Phaser 3330 (PL 1.1,
Parts List 1.1 Phaser
3330 Top Cover)
• WorkCente 3334/3335
