To assist you, the Welcome Center needs the following information:
• The nature of the problem.
• The serial number of the printer.
• The fault code.
• The name and location of your company.
Locating the Serial Number
To contact Xerox for assistance, you need the printer serial number. The serial number is behind door A,
toward the rear of the printer on a metal plate.
To view the serial number at the printer control panel, press the Machine Status button, then touch the
Machine Information tab.
